The total rental income in Romania for Austrian company Immofinanz reached EUR 24.1 million after the first two quarters of 2021, the equivalent of 16.6 percent of the total rental income of the group.
The local portfolio of active properties, worth EUR 610.6 million, consists of eight office buildings and five retail properties.
The Austrian company has purchased the Bucharest Financial Plaza office building in the center of Bucharest for about EUR 36 million and intends to redevelop the property in a myhive building, with high quality spaces and a level of construction certification for sustainable development Gold or a higher level.
