Immofinanz has abandoned its plans to develop a Stop Shop retail park in Brasov because of the time it took to secure a building permit. The Austrian real estate developer started the process of obtaining all the necessary permits for the project at the beginning of last year, with completion estimated this year. The project should have gone up on the former IUS site in Brasov.
