Construction on Immofinanz’s new €115m retail scheme for the city of Lublin will break ground this month. The new mall, Tarasy Zamkowe, will include 150 units covering 37,000 sqm of GLA. Completion is set for the fourth quarter of 2014. “Lublin, with a population of 150,000 residents, is a very attractive location to invest in,” said Eduard Zehetner, head of Immofinanz Group. “The city’s economic strength and low saturation level is behind our decision to acquire the plot under the Galera Zamek project. We changed the previous design, introducing the latest developments from the commercial investment sphere.”
