Immofinanz Group is reviving plans to build a network of 20 small shopping centers around Romania. The company put these plans on hold when the financial crisis hit. The developments are slated to go up on plots Immofinanz already has in its portfolio in cities like Targu Mures and Arad. The company also plans to develop apartments under its Adama brand, which will be put up for sale.
