The Austrian company Immofinanz is building its third Stop.Shop center in Serbia, in the town of Valjevo. Its first Stop.Shop. opened in Cacak in April 2015 and the second one in Nis is scheduled to open in the spring 2016. The 6,100 sqm retail park in Valjevo is also scheduled for completion this spring.
“We have decided to invest about €7m in our third Stop.Shop. retail park in Serbia, which is under construction in Valjevo…The plan is to build eight to ten additional Stop.Shop. facilities in Serbia over the next three to four years,” said Immofinanz CEO Dietmar Reindl.
Immofinanz operates 53 Stop.Shop. retail parks in Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, and Serbia.
