Immofinanz is set to open a Stop Shop retail park in Vrsac, northern Serbia at the end of April. This will be the Austrian company’s fifth retail park in Serbia. The retail park will offer 22 retail units on 8,200 sqm. Between 250 and 300 people are expected to be employed there. Immofinanz already operates retail parks in Cacak, Nis, Valjevo and Lazarevac. The company is planning to open two more properties soon in Sremska Mitrovica and Pozarevac.
