Real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor recorded in the first quarter of 2022 revenues from the sale of properties of RON 37 million, down 5 percent, and a net profit of RON 6 million, compared to losses of RON 1.3 million in Q1 2021.
Operating expenses increased by 20 percent to RON 8.7 million, mainly generated by the consolidation of the team. In Q1 2022, Impact sold 50 homes, of which 27 units in the Luxuria Expozitiei and 22 units in Greenfield Baneasa.
