Retail operator Inditex signed a pre-lease on 5,655 sqm at Forum Rodunia, under development by Multi Corporatiion in the Gdańsk city center. Inditex will open seven brands in the mall: Zara (2,431 sqm), Zara Home (380 sqm), Massimo Dutti (512 sqm), Oysho (225 sqm), Bershka (798 sqm), Pull&Bear (776 sqm) and Stradivarius (533 sqm). Małgorzata Słowik, head of leasing at Multi, said that the project has already attracted a number of other international brands, which selected Radunia to make their debut on the Polish market.
“Last year was crucial for Forum Radunia, as that’s when we secured financing for the investment, having collected all the necessary construction permits, which made it possible to select a general contractor. Talks with Inditex were also concluded last year in December. We expect to see same activity around the project this year, as talks with a number of new tenants are in an advance stage, including new brands.”
Forum Radunia is a part of a public-private partnership between Multi Corporation and the Gdańsk municipality. The retail mall will offer 62,000 sqm of commercial space in about 200 retail units. The scheme also includes a parking garage for 1,100 vehicles.
