The latest phase of renovations for the Sopron Plaza in northeast Hungary has begun, with work to focus on renovating the interior. The shopping mall will have 15,000 sqm of leasable space once construction works are finished at the end of the summer. The owner, the Hungarian company Indotek Group, began work on the center last November. It’s decline to reveal the value of the current investment.
