The Indotek Group has acquired four shopping centers in Hungary from Klepierre. The price of the deal, which was approved by the Hungarian competition authorities, was not disclosed. The transaction includes Budapest’s Corvin Plaza and Duna Plaza as well as Gyor Plaza and Miskolc Plaza in northwest and northeast Hungary. Earlier this year, Indotek bought Alba Plaza in Szekesfehervar and Nyir Plaza in Noyiregyhaza from Klepierre.
