More than 15,000 sqm of land on Bucharest’s Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard will be auctioned off, according to the online server incomemagazine.ro.
The land, owned by the National Institute of Wood, includes four buildings with a total area of 8,000 sqm.
The auction is being organized by the Institute’s liquidator, Assistance Insolv SPRL. Bidding will start at €4m.
