Intermarché has signed a lease on 2,610 sqm at Galeria Młociny, the retail and entertainment center currently underway in Warsaw’s Bielany district. The shopping center will house 220 retail and service units, as well as a food court with a seating area on the green roof. Over half of the available retail space has already been leased to the tenants like Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Oysho, as well as Van Graaf, C&A, H&M, CCC and Wojas. “Galeria Młociny attracts tenants with its excellent location next to the transport hub and Młociny metro station, which is frequented by around 40,000 commuters daily. Another draw is the list of lease agreements already signed with many popular brands,” said Anna Polak, senior leasing manager at Master Management Group.
