Reacting to a sudden tenant shift on the market, Polish investors are looking for ways to increase the value of their retail assets. Competition is on the rise, and tenant preferences are changing, market watchers claim, adding tenants are now seeking out high-quality space. To that end, the French-based Unibail-Rodamco is currently expanding its high-end Galeria Mokotów, and last year, an additional 40,000 sqm was added to Galeria Echo.
