Invista has sealed a deal for the sale of of a property it owned in the city center of Warsaw, at Emilii Plater street with an undisclosed buyer. Worth PLN 5m, the plot lacks any zoning, but it’s expected that an office building will be built on it. The 900 sqm site has an old tenement house on it. Originally, Invista was planning to develop an office and resi scheme on the site.
