Iulian Dascalu, CEO of Iulius Group, has reportedly sold 50 percent of the company to Atterbury Europe, in which the two will develop Openville Timisoara together and will co-own the Romanian developer’s shopping center projects in Iasi, Cluj and Suceava. Further developments will also be undertaken under the new structure. Atterbury Europe, which has already made investments in Serbia and in Cyprus, is owned by Atterbury Property Holdings in South Africa and by Steinhoff International Holdings.
