Iulius Group will invest €11m in a multi-level parking garage in Timisoara. Located near Iulius Mall, the 23,000 sqm parking facility will be among the largest in the country, offering 900 spaces on six floors. Work will start this spring and is scheduled for completion in the fall The structure will be connected directly to Iulius Mall via a pedestrian overcrossing. The building will be fitted with the latest access, signaling and detection technologies, as well as video surveillance systems and a smart management system that will guide motorists towards the available parking spaces.
