Iulius is developing a new retail concept called Family Market. The first location is set to go up in the Miroslava commune, Iasi County. The developer is investing more than €6m in the project. Construction is expected to break ground this fall. Family Market Miroslava will offer approximately 6,200 sqm of leasable space and 137 parking spaces. The developer has created the platform www.family-market.ro, where residents can send their suggestions for services they want near their homes. The project will also include a park, pedestrian alleys, an artesian fountain and a monument dedicated to heroes, as well as an event hall.
