Iulius Mall Suceava, a shopping center owned equally by the Iulius group and the Atterbury Europe fund, will reach a retail area of over 65,000 square meters, after expanding by another 14,000 square meters, following an investment of 40 million Of euro. Thus, the total investment in Iulius Suceava will reach 110 million euros.
At the same time, another 10,000 square meters existing in Iulius Mall Suceava will be reconfigured and redeveloped.
The project is in the process of obtaining approvals for authorization. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year, and the investment will be completed by the end of 2023.
