German retailer dm drogerie markt signed a lease on a ground-floor unit at United Business Center 2 (UBC 2), which is part of the Openville Timişoara mixed-use scheme. The 390 sqm store will open this fall. This is dm drogerie markt’s fourth lease with Iulius Group. The retailer also has locations at Palas Mall Iaşi, Iulius Mall Iaşi and Iulius Mall Suceava.
UBC 2 will offer 18,000 sqm of space to tenants like Ness Software Engineering Services, Autoliv România and the Regina Maria Polyclinic.
