Iulius Mall, part of the largest mixed-use complex in the west of the country, Iulius Town Timişoara, received LEED® GOLD certification from the US Green Building Council, after, in 2014, it was LEED® Silver certified. With 105,000 sqm for rent, Iulius Mall Timişoara has the largest shopping area outside the Capital.
The certification obtained this year marked the progress of Iulius Mall, thanks to the attention paid to the sustainable management of green spaces, outdoor surfaces and waste, improving energy efficiency, reducing water consumption and ensuring high indoor air quality.
