The developer Iulius started the construction of the second Family Market, in Bucium, near Iași. Family Market Bucium will include a supermarket and more than 25 retailers. The concept will bring to the center of the community a mix of services and facilities needed daily, such as: pharmacy, laundry, mobile service, florist, pet shop, hairdresser, household and fashion products, but also butcher, grocery, bakery, confectionery, fast food.
The company also has a similar shopping center under construction in Miroslava, also near Iasi, a project carried out in partnership with Miroslava City Hall.
The investment in the two projects is EUR 17 million, part of the loan was secured from CEC Bank.
