The IULIUS company announced the start of construction of the first Family Market near Iași. Also in the spring of this year, the construction works will be started for the second project, from Bucium, also near Iași. In total, the investments amount to EUR 16 million. For both projects, the works will be completed in the last quarter of 2021.
Family Market in Miroslava will have 7,700 sqm of retail space for local producers and entrepreneurs, a modern event hall, 137 parking spaces, and the completion deadline is set for the last quarter of this year. The leasable area will be approximately 6,600 sqm and will have a supermarket and a mix of services and products customized to the needs of residents. Upstairs there will be an event room.
The Family Market in Bucium in Iași will be integrated into a residential project and will have approximately 8,000 sqm of leasable area for supermarket and services. As part of the project, more than 5,000 sqm of green spaces, access and promenade alleys, as well as 188 parking spaces will be created.
