J&L Biggie Management has acquired nearly 22 acres of land for a warehouse development from Prologis for $7.41 million. Prologis bought the property at the height of the market for $14.7 million in 2007. J&L plans to build small bay warehouses on the site that is located at the southwestern corner of Northwest 39th Street and Northwest 120th Avenue in Coral Springs. Prologis sold the land having taken the view that the property was non-performing vacant land.
