Atlanta based Jamestown LP has bought the Victoria’s Secret building in Miami Beach for $24.75 million or $1,841 per square foot. The 13,444 square foot building located at 745 Collins Avenue last traded in April 2011 for $17.65 million, reflecting an increase of 42 percent in under four years. The three-story building sits on a 7,000 square foot lot and was built in 1940. Jamestown also bought the Guess building across the street at 736 Collins Avenue for $12.5 million in October 2013.
