Janoura Realty has acquired the Village Mart Shopping Center in Deerfield Beach for $13.95 million. Located on a six acre site at 814 South Federal Highway, the 73,000 square foot strip mall was built in 1970. Trading for just over $190 per square foot, the deal was financed with a $12.95 million mortgage provided by Florida Community Bank. The seller, Divito Enterprises, had owned the asset since 1985. The purchase marks the second retail trade for Janoura Realty in South Florida in the past two months.
