Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to provide property management services for the Carrefour Militari commercial center, in Bucharest. With a lettable area of 3,634 sqm, the commercial center is owned by Pradera Central European Fund (PCEF) and was opened in 2001.
Along with the Carrefour hypermarket, the center includes 35 shops and restaurants, a Bricostore and a Mobexpert outlet.
