“Warsaw remains the bridgehead for debuts and expansions for numerous foreign brands, especially those looking for prestigious locations. In 2015, the Warsaw market saw the debuts of international fashion chains – Superdry, Kiabi and Courir, and cosmetics brands – Origins. The food and restaurant sector has also grown as Paul, Fuddruckers, Dairy Queen, Benihana, and Dunkin’ Donuts have also entered the market,” comments Anna Wysocka, Head of Retail Agency at JLL.
