JLL has been appointed exclusive leasing agent of Prochownia Łomianki, which is being developed by Ghelamco near Warsaw. The shopping center will offer 5,500 sqm of leasable space as well as 150 parking spots. A food retailer has already signed a pre-lease on 2,200 sqm, while the remaining 3,300 sqm will be used by smaller shops and service units. Completion is scheduled for the first half of 2020. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
