Globalworth and Elgan Group have appointed JLL Romania as project manager for Groupe Renault’s future headquarters. JLL will provide technical consultancy, project management, account and site management. The building, which is located at Preciziei Street, will have 47,000 sqm of leasable area along with a showroom and 1,000 parking spaces. Delivery of the project is scheduled for Q1 2019 and it’s being described as the largest office building under construction in Bucharest.
“The new office building is an important project for JLL, and the collaboration with the most important investor in the Romanian office market on the one hand and the largest Romanian company on the other hand is a great honor for us,” said Cezar Florea, coordinator of the Project Management Department of JLL.
