The clothing brand Joop! signed a lease on 106 sqm at the Fashion House Warszawa outlet center, which is owned by Polonia Property Fund II. Located in Piaseczno, a town near Warsaw, the outlet center offers 17,000 sqm of retail space. The new Joop! store will be the first one for the brand in the fund’s Fashion House chain.
There’s an extension planned for the Piaseczno’s outlet centre in the near-term, after Peakside Polonia Management managed to secure the re-financing from Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG for the purpose.
