Just Gym signed a lease on 1,700 sqm at the Ogrody shopping center in Elbląg, northern Poland. The fitness club will move into its new space later this year and will occupy the second and third floors. Developed in 2002, Ogrody is Elbląg’s first shopping and service complex. The center was reopened in March 2015 after 23 months of extension works.The investment is under the management of Cushman & Wakefield. The investment offers 42,000 sqm in 130 retail stores and service outlets on two levels. The scheme also includes restaurants, a cinema and a three-level car park.
