The Danish retailer JYSK will open a 1,200 sqm store at Colosseum Retail Park on Thursday. The project’s developer, Nova Imobiliare, said the Bucharest retail park saw a 15-percent jump in visitors in March compared with the same month last year. Carmen Ravon, director of retail at JLL, said the leasing agent is in advanced talks with another retailer to occupy a 2,200 sqm unit at Colosseum Retail Park. The shopping center was opened in 2011 and offers 37,500 sqm of commercial space. Tenants include Carrefour, Leroy Merlin and Altex.
