EMKA Retail Park in Koszalin has been enriched with another network tenant. The international retail company JYSK has signed a lease agreement and will occupy an area of approximately 1,250 sqm. The retail park is scheduled to open at the turn of 2022-2023. The main tenants in the newly constructed phase will be Sinsay, Helios, Just GYM, JYSK.
The development of EMKA Retail Park, the second phase of the EMKA project, began in October 2021. It will offer 10,000 sq m. of GLA space for its tenants. The project will complement the offer of the neighboring EMKA Gallery with entertainment and leisure functions and, together with the shopping centre, will offer over 70 stores for clients visiting the complex.
