KappAhl and Newbie opened stores at Warsaw’s new Galeria Północna shopping center. Cushman & Wakefield oversaw the fitouts for the two retailers. The consultancy was responsible for negotiating the lease agreements as well as coordinating the technical schedules and design work, finding a general contractor and communicating with the retailers’ suppliers. The shopping center offers 64,000 sqm in 200 retail units.
