KBC Bank has taken over over Hello Shopping Park Bacau. The shopping center was built by BelRom, which began insolvency proceedings in 2013. The project has debts totaling €45.29m, of which €43.62m are owed to K&H in Hungary and KBC in Belgium.
The 51,170 sqm shopping center opened in October 2008, following an investment of €60m. Tenants include Auchan, Altex, Domo, Baumax, Elvila, Proges, C&A, Stock House, Steilmann, Zvon Cafe Maxx Discount, Orange, Vodafone and Germanos.
