KCI and Peakside Polonia Management have broken off talks on the acquisition of Gremi Business Park plots in Kraków. KCI, The seller said the companies had failed to agree on the final terms of the transaction, but refused to provide further details. KCI said that the land was still for sale and that demand from potential buyers remains strong. Located at Romanowicza street in Kraków, the three plots could have 27,300 sqm of office space built on them. KCI said earlier this year that it expects to find a buyer for all four phases of Gremi Business Park, which would total 50,300 sqm of GLA. KCI values the four plots at PLN 53m.
