The investment group PPF is refurbishing Pařížská 3, a building on Prague’s luxury shopping street, for use by the luxury brand Louis Vuitton. The project is expected to help cement the street’s position as a key luxury shopping destination in the CE. The contractor Syner is rebuilding Pařížská 3 according to a design proposed by the architect Rudolf Koukol.
Louis Vuitton will relocate to Pařížská 3 near the corner of the Old Town Square from its current premises at the corner of Pařížská and Široká streets. Chanel is expected to move into that store space as it makes its debut on the Czech market, according to the server e15. Assuming that news to be true, it lists Giorgio Armani and Bally as the last of the world’s top twenty luxury retailers to lack a Prague presence.
