The French clothing brand Kiabi opened its Polish first store at the Blue City shopping mall in Warsaw. The fashion operator is planning to open 20 stores in the capital through its master-franchise partner, Schiever Group. Kiabi recently opened five logistic centers in Russia to support its European expansion plans. The company reported €1.87bn in sales last year.
The brand will focus on opening its 1,600 sqm store concepts mainly in Warsaw. Once establishing itself on the Warsaw market, Kiabi plans to expand to regional cities, including Kraków, Gdańsk, Katowice, Łódź, Poznań and Wrocław.
