KIK Tekstil has moved into Portico Investment’s Fortuna shopping center in Czętochowa. The German retailer’s new 6,200 sqm store officially opened this week. The discount chain offers clothes, accessories and home goods. KIK is expanding across Poland. Fortuna is its first location in Częstochowa.
“The opening of KIK further strengthens the center’s position, as a retail destination of choice, and the customers experience in the city,” said Kevin Craighead, head of Asset Management Portfolio at Portico.
The shopping center’s tenant list includes an Elea supermarket, Takko, Pepco and Mix Electronics, RTV and AGD. Portico has 64 projects in its CEE retail portfolio, including 13 in Poland.
