KiK opened a 600 sqm store at Gemini Park Tarnów at the end of November. GREM Gemini Real Estate Management in cooperation with BOIG Property Consulting and Cushman & Wakefield, is handling the lease process at the center. The 80,000 sqm Gemini Park Tarnów offers 42,500 sqm of GLA in 100 stores and retail and service units. The list of tenants includes Mango, Stradivarius, Orsay, KappAhl, Reserved, C&A, Jysk, KIK, Martes Sport, Empik, Smyk, Gino Rosi, Ecco and Douglas.
KiK entered the Polish market in March. The discount clothing retailer has 3,000 stores, operating in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Hungary.
