Kika is planning to open a second department store in Bratislava in the Bory Retail Zone. The store will go up on an 18,800 sqm site and will offer 10,000 sqm of retail space across three floors. Kika will join Metro Cash & Carry, Hornbach, Merkury Market and Decathlon in Bory. Kika Nábytok for the Czech Republic and Slovakia applied for the EIA assessment. The completion date has not yet been announced. Siko bathrooms, BAU Holding and Kúpelne Ptáček are also preparing to build stores in Bory, while Porta Holding is planning to open Asko and Porta furniture stores in the retail zone.
