Redefine International appointed Kintyre asset manager of its shopping centers in Berlin and Hamburg, valued at €171m. The Schloss-Strassen-Center is located at Walter-Schreiber-Platz 1 in Berlin-Steglitz, while the Hamburgs shopping center is located at at the Bahnhof-Altona railway station. THe Hamburg center offers 15,100 sqm of sales space in 81 retail units. It is currently 99.7 percent leased, anchored by Media Markt, Lidl and Rossmann. Schloss-Strassen-Center offers 18,900 sqm of sales space in 35 retail units. The anchor tenants include Primark, Toys “R” Us and Rewe.
