Kleba Invest failed to secure a buyer for its Prima Park in the town of Marki, near Warsaw. News first hit a few months ago that the investor was in talks to sell the project to an undisclosed European investment fund. While the sides signed a letter of intent in February, they broke off negotiations at the beginning of July. The deal was worth €8.8m.
“The decision (to discontinue talks) will have no negative impact on relations of the two sides in the future,” Kleba Invest wrote in a statement, adding that it will continue informing its investors about any moves regarding the property.
Opened last December, Prima Park Marki offers 4,700 sqm of retail space. The project is one of the three Prima Parks delivered to Poland in the past few years, following projects in Pruszcz Gdański and Chwaszczyna.
