Knight Frank was named property manager of the Dukat shopping center in Olsztyn, northeastern Poland. The property, owned by Bergold Group, offers 4,300 sqm of space, including 3,250 sqm of retail and 360 sqm of office.
“We have been cooperating with the Bergold Group for many years. We are very pleased with the fact that the company has once again entrusted us with the management of their retail property in Olsztyn,” said Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, head of property management at Knight Frank. “Dukat has become somewhat of a symbol in the minds of the people of Olsztyn. We will do our best for them to value it even more.” The five-story center was opened in 1965 and modernized in 2011.
