Zagreb’s companies Kraš and the Pivac Brothers Meat Industry have announced a public offer to small shareholders of the Mira biscuit factory in Prijedor, BiH, to buy their shares at a price of 1.21 Convertible Marks or 4.7 kuna per share, writes Croatian portal Novac.hr. The offer by Kraš and Pivac Brothers is valid until April 25 and could cost them as much as 20 million kuna. Kraš owns about 76 percent of Mira’s shares, and the Pivac Brothers are included in the public offering as its majority owner. In February, the Securities Commission of the Republic of Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina ordered Kraš to make a public offer for Mira biscuit factory because of a change of ownership at Kraš.
