The number of land parcels for sale and the price per sqm increased in the first quarter of 2018 in Estonia, according to real estate agent KV.ee. The number of parcels for sale stood at 2,515, up 14 percent on 2017. Land prices also increased from an average of €40 per sqm in 2017 to €60 per sqm in 2018, a 22-percent increase. This price rise is far in excess of the steady growth seen in apartment prices, which is roughly in line with wage increases.
