Lar Espana Real Estate Socimi has acquired 41 percent of the shares of Puerta maritima Ondara, which owns the Portal de la Marina shopping center in Ondara in Alicante. Lar Espana had already purchased a 59 percent stake of Puerta Maritima Ondara in 2014 and the hypermarket in 2015. As a result of these deals the company now has complete control over the Portal de la Marina shopping center. The property covers more than 40,000 sqm of lettable area spread in 120 stores. The total value of the property is €94.5m.
