Lar España Real Estate acquired a 50-percent stake the Megapark Barakaldo outlet and retail park in Spain’s Vizcaya region for €170m. The shopping center covers 44,152 sqm and is home to 14 retailers, while the factory outlet covers 19,395 sqm and offers 59 units. Tenants include Nike, Mango, Puma, Desigual and Purificación García.
