Larrain SL and Loiola Gestión Inmobiliaria acquired the Illunbe leisure complex in Donostia, northern Spain, for €17.1m. The companies plan to demolished the existing property and build a new shopping center called El Mirador de Illunbe in its place. The new retail and leisure scheme will also include a 3,000 sqm supermarket and a four-star hotel with around 75 rooms. Larrain and Loiola Gestión will invest a total of €80m over the next two years. Completion is set for December 2018.
