Mintos, a Latvian fintech startup that operates a peer-to-peer lending marketplace, raised €2.2m in seed funding from Riga-based VC Skillion Ventures. Established in January 2015, Mintos connects investors with loans they can fund or buy from various loan originators looking to liquidate their investments.
